Chapter 2: Hello World: The Application

On page 46, the s at the end of implements is in the wrong font. It should
be Courier.

On page 53, the bitwise OR and assign operator should be |=, not =.

On page 54, the decrement operator should be a double minus sign, --,
instead there's an em dash.
