CMP's posted the Call for Papers for Software Development Best Practices. I'm not sure yet if I'll be attending. I'll have to see what I can think of to talk about. Making I can come up with a new talk on experimental programming. Deadline is March 3. The conference takes place September 11-14 in Boston.
